Tom Vaughton and his team have been first class. No stone has been left unturned and even when there were a few tricky issues, they dealt with them both brilliantly and fast.    I was Recommended Dodds and Vaughton through Country Properties, Stotfold In our first conversation Tom said ‘just call me if you need or are unsure of anything’ I had faith in him and didn’t even shop around for other quotes (to this day I have no idea what other firms charge and if I could of got it cheaper, I’m glad I didn’t) I’ve got too used to people saying that to me and struggling to get hold of them and waiting ages for Responses Tom has always relied promptly to emails (usually within 5 minutes) and has been at the end of the phone for me or called me back as soon as he could Look no further than Dodds and Vaughton!    Dodd & Vaughton have been absolutely exemplary throughout the entire process whilst selling my house. They were always at hand to answer my calls and provide updates. As soon as paperwork was available and ready to sign they would send this to me immediately and forward on to the buyers solicitors without delay. I will definitely be using Dodd & Vaughton in the future as I know they will be working hard to complete the conveyancing process as quickly as possible.

   I just want to say do not hesitate in using this company! The whole team are amazing from the receptionist to the licensed Conveyancers. They act in the most professional manner and are extremely thorough in their work. They were extremely compassionate when I was diagnosed with cancer and moving house at the same time. I don’t think I could have done it without them. Dan was the lead on buying and selling my home. I realised that he was so meticulous and thorough with all the paperwork on the house that I wished to purchase. I thank the team so much and especially Dan! Thank you!
