My wife and I were recommended to Evolve Law through a friend, as we were buying our first home and knew very little about the process. Our first point of contact throughout the experience was Tom, who was on hand to answer the hundreds of questions that we had for him and did so wonderfully. Overall the experience was a very positive one, and we felt incredibly supported throughout. We were never left waiting to be contacted, the app gave us live updates on our completion percentage, and we always felt one step ahead of the curve with Tom's support. Suzette was also a big help with this, allowing my wife to feel more settled by explaining details clearly and thoroughly. Overall a really positive experience, and if we ever have to do it all over again; It would be Evolve that we chose.

I recently used Evolve Law in Castlethorpe for my house sale, and I can honestly say they’ve completely changed my view of the legal world. They are amazing. From start to finish just 9 weeks, they were absolutely incredible. I had constant updates, never once had to chase, and they even hand-delivered letters when needed. The personal touches were what really blew me away: they remembered the little things we talked about on calls, seemed genuinely interested in my life, and even managed to make me laugh through what is usually a stressful process. They were friendly, fast, and unbelievably efficient and their app made everything smooth and simple. I still can’t believe how easy they made the whole experience. If you want a team who actually care, communicate brilliantly, and get things done at lightning speed, Evolve Law is the one. Absolutely fantastic service. Highly recommended! Especially Elaine!

Emily - thank you!!! Evolve Law were recommended to us by a friend and it was evident from the initial conversation and quote that they were the right people for the job. The quote was emailed immediately (we waited days for others and some never received) and it was broken down into every individual cost with a clear final price (unlike quite a few others we received). The online portal was brilliant and such an easy tool to use for accessing and uploading documents, as well as completing forms and tracking progress. Our house move was far from smooth and a hell of a lot of work was put in by Emily and the team to try and salvage the sale with our original buyers. PLEASE do your research and also ask which solicitor your buyers are using as a quick look at the reviews tells you everything you need to know. Basically overnight, we had a new buyer and fast track 39 days later, we completed yesterday!! I’m sure Emily never wants to hear from me again, but we owe her everything. The Evolve Law team are incredibly approachable and you can always get an accurate update on the phone whenever you need. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. THANK YOU!

Thank-you so much evolve law for helping me buying my first home. My Conveyancer was Tiegan Whitehead, she is very professional and very kind. As first time buyer i have so many questions and queries about so many things but Tiegan was always there to answer me and explain me everything in detail. She helped me through out the process, i am finally in my first home. I am very happy that they look after of all the small details and also explain everything nicely. Regarding fees they also transparent so you will not get charged for any hidden cost. I am so so happy. Thank-you so much evolve law and team special thank-you to Tiegan. She is a star.

First class service from Elaine, Kiya, Keigan and team at Evolve Law. One of the main issues with the time it takes to sell/purchase a house is the competence and efficiency of the solicitors. There were no issues or delays with Evolve Law due to experienced, knowledgeable and efficient solicitors - crucial for a timely sale. A helpful team of reception staff were always on hand to receive a call and timely responses received from Elaine and team. An extremely professional service, thank you Evolve Law :)

We used Evolve Law for purchasing our first home. Therefore this is the only experience we have had with using solicitors. Overall, we had a positive experience, we were always able to ask questions and get in touch through email or on the phone and they often explained things to us as we were unfamiliar with a lot of terms as first time buyers (though I don't believe we ever spoke with the actual solicitor handling it but others were on hand as messengers so to speak). It did take a while for the sale to go through but in general things are slow these days, I felt evolve were not the ones holding this up. There were a couple of issues where something was missed and had we not called up, our sale may have been delayed (believe this was largely due to xmas/new year break which meant it wasn't fresh in the mind). Though this wasn't ideal, it's understandable and we noticed and they responded really quickly and did what we needed so everything went ahead as planned. Overall I would consider using evolve again :).

Edit in response to reply from evolve: I am unaware of any mistruths here as I have it on record from Land Reg the timeline of events. The rapid response to the post in the face of public exposure, while lack of communication to a dissatisfied customer is yet another frustration. Evolve have failed to provide me their account of what happened and have fallen rather silent since I raised this timeline via email. For record we have requested all comms with the Land Registry and info of their requital. I do not expect a conclusion to the review but at the least the documentation we have requested multiple times in a timely manner. Regarding the complaints policy. I sent several emails raising concern throughout August and September and finally flagged the complaint myself on 15th Sept. As per the complaints policy I expected a response within 7 days (which didn’t happen until I called in myself). The policy also mentioned that Evolve may request a meeting within 10 days which is yet to happen and I’ve been told I’d receive a call on two occasions where this has not happened. As I mentioned, at no point have evolve actually contacted me first on this matter. I respect the 28 day policy, however when this is due to put us under financial strain within this time window I’m sure you can appreciate our urgency on the request. We are essentially in the dark regarding Evolve’s stance and what their recommendations are, while our mortgage will increase by £350 next month and interest rates look set to spiral. ———- Original: In November 2020 we used Evolve Law for the purchase of our first home. It all seemed to go well at the time of purchase with no complications. Fast forward to August 2022 when we go to remortgage. The property is still registered to the former owners on land registry. This means we are unable to take up a fixed rate mortgage or sell the property should we wish. Evolve told us that the issue had been caused by land registry changing their policy and that they had only been informed recently. I called land registry who informed me that they had received the application beyond the date of a deadline for electronic signatures (March 2021). They had then flagged to evolve on Jan 2022, chased them up in March 2022 and due to lack of response, closed the application in April 2022. We have contacted evolve multiple times and been met with evasive, false answers. The complaints team were due to call us back and on two occasions failed to do so. We are now at a point where we will lose £350 per calendar month, likely increasing with the projected interest rate increases, until this is resolved. We understand that mistakes happen but the response from Evolve has been awful and left us with no option but to pursue legal advice elsewhere for their negligence. I have wasted many hours trying to resolve the issue and have had little to no support so far.

I was a client of Evolve as a buyer. Millie T. was dealing with my case, who offered conveyancing services on behalf of Evolve, sending me an email. I agreed but in general was highly disappointed with my choice. Almost full absence of communication with Millie, who did not bothered with replies to my emails as well as picking up the phone or calling me back. That kind of negligent attitude together with relaxed approach towards my case caused essential stress and delays in finalizing the deal, cost me extra expenses and nerves. This is not how the reputable company, which charges above the market average, should care about its clients. Sad for Evolve which was recommended as a reliable and caring company. It is disappointing when its individual employees with such a negligent approach damage not only their own reputation, but also a reputation of the whole firm. Next time I would be more careful taking recommendations about specialists who are going to handle my case.

We can not thank Evolve Law enough for the support they recently provided us with for our property sale and purchase. This is the second time using Evolve and we can not recommend them highly enough. Elaine is absolutely amazing and such a shining star, she is so friendly, calm, supportive, knowledgable and informative. Nothing was ever too much trouble and she kept us updated through every step of the process. Thank you once again Elaine to you and your team, we are so pleased with all you did for us and are so happy in our new home. Matt & Sarah.
