I had my very first appointment with the wonderful Shona who put me at ease!! I would definitely recommend her and the lovely Susie on reception. Thank you for making this whole experience worthwhile and should I need extra appointments I would definitely go back
I had the varicose veins in my leg done in Jan 23 and it was the best thing I have had done ever! Dr Suzie Anthony and Nurse Kim were fabulous and kept me fully informed during the whole process. The Vein Centre, Reading were absolutely fabulous and I would recommend to everyone!
Very happy with the treatment I had at the Veincentre. I play a lot of golf and in the summer like to wear skorts or dresses. I didn't like the veins protruding on the back of my legs so decided to do something about it. The team were very welcoming. After the consultation I immediately booked the next steps for EVLA and foam sclerotherapy. It wasn't painful - a little discomfort but the best verb I can use to describe the procedure is "weird" - the sensation. The cost wasn't prohibitive either. I would recommend it to anyone. It's boosted my self confidence.
Walked in to a friendly and professionally welcome and the offer of refreshments, magazine, etc. This was continued into the consultation with Dr Suzy. She explained everything clearly, including the pricing, and carried out investigations and treatments very professionally with a friendly and approachable manner. Nurse Kim was also very professional and friendly, keeping a close eye on me whilst the treatment was going on. Follow up sessions were limited but the same friendly professionalism was in evidence throughout.

After finding out about the Veincentre from Chris Evans on Virgin radio I contacted them about my Varicose Vein problem and was impressed by the information provided about the treatment and decided to go ahead with treatment. The whole experience from beginning to end was completely professional and the treatment carried out expertly with the results I wanted. 10/10 Veincentre I’m recommending you to anyone I meet with similar problems to mine.

I had both Endovenous Laser Ablation and Foam Sclerotherapy on both my legs (full length). The procedure lasted about 90 minutes, and was done so very professionally quite nearly pain free by Dr. Suzie Anthony, with the help of her lovely team. I originally went to the Chipping Norton clinic (for the assessment), then had the procedure at the Reading clinic. Then, 2 months later I had the 2nd Foam Sclerotherapy. I have to say that I'm amazed at how easy the whole procedure was . I never had to take any painkillers afterwards, not even one paracetamol !!!!!!! As instructed, I made sure to walk daily, and was trying to move indoors as much as possible. And my legs look perfect. Yeah, after the procedure there was some bruising etc, as expected. But everything healed/disappeared so nicely, and I am so very, very, very pleased that I went for it. Thanks so much to everyone at the Veincentre clinics both in Reading and in Chipping Norton. And of course to my amazing Doctor - Dr. Suzie Anthony. p.s. My partner had just had one leg done with Endovenous Laser Ablation a couple of days ago, and just like me, the next morning woke up pain free and happy.
