   We were first timers and decided to try the Jack the Ripper escape room. When we arrived Josh was so welcoming, giving us all the info we needed to feel confident to enter and proficiently setting the scene for what to expect. We worked together well, really enjoying working out the thought process needed for the different puzzles - as a family it gave us something for each of us to use our own individual skills to solve. Josh checked in with us during the session, and when we got stuck a couple of times, gave us enough of a clue to help, but not to give too much away. We escaped the room with 5 mins left, and thought it offered just the right amount of challenge for us newbies. We will definitely be back to try one of the other rooms. Great time, thank you.

   Firstly, this is was an amazing experience! Majorly because our games master was great! He made it really interesting and assisted us when he noticed we were stuck. We were a group of 7 with 6 of us trying it for the first time and we were told it was hardest room( Temple of montezuma) but we managed well with his help and enjoyed it. I'm giving it a 3 because the last room had a technical fault which affected our finishing the game. I would expect things are double checked before games so it doesn't affect the experience. I'm definitely coming back to try a simpler room!

   Forbidden Temple of Montezuma 59:58 skin-of-the-teeth success. Aaron was great host and prepared us for the escape room. Welcoming and fun for all kinds of puzzling abilities, with interesting and varied challenges. Easy to reach city centre location with great escape rooms.

   We are regular escape room goers and have completed well over 40 rooms at different venues. Unfortunately, this was by far the worst escape room we have experienced. The room (“Espionage”) was not as described. The promotional material suggests a high-tech experience with computers, lasers and electronic puzzles. In reality, several original puzzles were broken or removed entirely. A computer screen was showing an error, a card-reader puzzle and a floor safe puzzle were missing, and much of the experience had been replaced with multiple padlocks on old furniture. Clues were poor quality, written on scraps of material and in a torn, damaged book. The room itself was in a very poor state of repair. We raised our concerns with staff on the night, who acknowledged that a number of the original puzzles no longer work and indicated that the owner was not keen to invest in repairing them. Despite this, the room continues to be sold under its original description. Very disappointing and not worth the money. I would not recommend this room in its current condition.

   Visited Game Over tonight with my partner. The woman hosting was very welcoming and friendly, she was nice to us both and was clear with everything we needed before we started. We attempted the Espionage room. Any time we needed help she would help in a way that kept the room interesting the whole way through. Would definitely return.

   Had an absaloutely fantastic time doing the Jack the Ripper room. Kirsty and Amber were lovely and did an excellent job at assisting us and welcoming us. Will definitely be back to complete the other rooms :)

   Wonderful experience! We did the Maniac Jigsaw room and managed to escape with only 2 and a half minutes left. Izzy successfully set the scene and Kristy was a very helpful host, giving hints when we needed them and talking us through anything we didn't exactly understand. There's also different discounts that can be used which is a bonus. Looking forward to trying the other rooms!

   Me and my family did the jigsaw puzzle which was quite challenging however it didnt have the scare factor we were hoping for, sometimes the puzzles were too difficult to understand or we were just really simple haha. I have been to other escape rooms and this hasn't quite lived up to their standards. Sorry guys.
