   We had a lovely stay at Premier Inn Twin Bridges, Bracknell. From the moment we arrived, the receptionists were incredibly welcoming and friendly, which made such a difference, especially after travelling with young children. A special mention has to go to Mel, who was exceptionally kind and helpful and really went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. We came to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and the team made his celebrations feel extra special, which we really appreciated — thank you so much. For what we paid, we were very pleased indeed. We opted to pay for early check-in, which was ideal as it meant we could get ready in the room before going out and took the pressure off arrival times. We opted for the dinner and breakfast deal and were very pleased with it. The food was great, and the waitresses were extremely kind, attentive, and patient, making mealtimes relaxed and enjoyable with little ones. The hotel itself was very clean, tidy, and well looked after. It’s also in a very convenient location, just a couple of miles from Lapland UK, which was perfect for our trip. This was our first time staying in a Premier Inn, and we were very impressed. Everything was set up amazingly for our family, from the beds to the overall room layout, making our stay comfortable and stress-free. Thank you very much to everyone for making our stay so pleasant — we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

   Great location to town and Waitrose head office. Easy to walk to from the train station. Room was clean and had everything needed for a good night's rest. Food at the attached pub was great and service was quick and friendly. Only thing to mention is no AC in the room but there was already a fan on in the room when I arrived. Although it was quite loud ( I like ambient noise some don't ) it worked well to keep me cool overnight.

   Simple but good hotel near the industry of Bracknell. Went on a business trip so everything was easy to get to. The rooms were clean and spaceous, but maybe a little outdated. The staff welcomed us and was always kind and helpful when we crossed them in the hallways. The breakfast is okay. The continental part has enough variety but remains the same throughout the week. The available hot food was always ordered and brought as we liked. The bar area was always (& sometimes too) hot, some days the music wasn’t playing and there wasn’t that many people, so it sometimes had a strange vibe. But in the end, great price/quality balance.

   Stop here for the night on a trip to Legoland, came at a quieter time of the year so I can't say it was anything other than quiet in the rooms. Did breakfast in the attached beefeater in the morning and everything was as expected for a premium Inn. This is an older building however without air con and only electric heaters in the room, not going to be the best choice for summer visits as a result.

   We stayed for one night as we were visiting Legoland the next day. We were greeted with a friendly smile from the young lady on reception. Having stayed in many premier Inns throughout the country I have to say this was not the cleanest especially the bathroom, fluff on the floor around the skirting board, plug hole in sink was half full of grime and the shower head could do with a thorough clean. In my opinion TLC throughout. This was a very disappointment and will definitely not return.
