   I’ve had a wonderful experience with Regus. The offices are modern, clean, and very well-maintained, creating a truly professional work environment. The staff is always friendly and supportive. A special appreciation to Brooke, who is truly outstanding. She is always welcoming with a warm smile, attentive to every detail, and quick to offer help whenever needed.    Not happy with the service. Had rented the smallest room on a monthly base which is the highest price. After 12 months my rent went up and this literally pushed me away. Some of my clients complained of not welcoming reception team. My room was not cleaned for a week in August, which was not reduced. On my floor a lot of businesses moved out which speaks volumes.

The quality was outstanding, the service provided by Meena and Brooke was professional and friendly, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. She has been a huge help in many situations and really makes the whole experience at Regus even better. The flexibility in workspace options is excellent, and the convenient location makes it easy to get work done efficiently.    A disgrace ! I was enticed to rent office space with free parking, then 1mth in Regus start introducing new costs, in this case £90 a month parking regardless of the contract. Beware of corporate strategies. Once you’ve moved in the fun and games commence, rent with Regus at your own peril.

   The receptionist at the building was extremely rude and impolite. She shouldn't be working there if she doesn't like her job. Very bad customer service. I did not get her name but she was not the Asian one.

   This is where you take Ukrainian refugees to get their Biometrics part of their Visa. There is a nearby carpark to the rear. Signage could be a bit clearer and made more professional to give hosts and guests a bit of assurance that they are at the right place. Hosts have only a small area to wait as those having the Biometrics are escorted up in a lift. If there is good weather you can wait in the park opposite which has a small coffee outlet.
