   Having had a bad experience with another lettings agent and having lost at least 2 weeks rent due to their contractor's inefficiency I approached Tenant Link. From the outset they were much more responsive to everything, their contractors were fast and efficient which meant that a tenant was quickly found and and able to move in. I consider their fee structure be clearer and more fair than some I've seen. Long may my happy relationship with Tenant Link continue.

   These letting agents were fine up until we moved out, at which point they became money grabbers and attempted to charge us for £520 worth of cleaning and damages. We used the Tenancy Deposit Scheme dispute service and were awarded £500 back. I would not recommend this letting agent to anyone, they are unreasonable and rude.

   Rachel was fantastic at helping me through the process of renting my flat in September 2022. This was my first place that wasn't shared, and there were a lot of parts of the process I was unfamiliar with, but Rachel was able to guide me through them with very clear language. It's not always reasonable to expect a tenant to know as much about the letting process as the agents themselves, and unfortunately in the past I have found myself feeling anxious going into other agencies, with staff talking down to me, and scoffing at my queries. But at Tenant Link I was very much at ease, every interaction I had, however small, with the staff was a positive one. So as a first impression, this has been a great experience with this company. I have not yet moved into the property, so bear that in mind. But at this stage, in terms of booking, and putting down on a property, this has been a very, thorough, professional, and welcoming service, and I would highly recommend them to any would be renters in Southampton.
