The staff here are so lovely, everyone i came across from reception to nurses were polite, talkative and kind which is few and far between in NHS services. 100% would recommend services provided by them and having my implant removal was completely pain free. People who obviously enjoy their work and team!
Second time visiting here for contraceptive implant. Always friendly and welcoming staff. Never had any problems. Highly recommend using this sexual health service
Just had my implant taken out, the lady that took me in was very lovely and held my hand throughout most of the procedure and was very informative with what would happen. I think her name was Juliet. Was lying there crying like a baby but all the doctors were very nice and kept making sure that I was okay.
They never answer the phone ....terrible service
Went to the Practice with a mouth infection, I have a fractured tooth that needs urgently extracting but was only given antibiotics, if it was such an emergency why wasn't it done here? I guess I have to suffer for now NHS dentists don't take on new customers without a referral something that this GDP should have done instead just told to find a dentist and spoke to NHS to be told referral as to be given by the GDP I saw.
Useless I ring and said can I booked appointment, she is asking why did you call ? ,what is that mean ? says no nothing avaliable today ,you need ring eachday 8,30 morning s and booked appointment ? unbelievable.

Have been going there for about 19 years - was on the mini pill to begin with but nowadays I have the contraceptive injection (Depo-Provera). Always find it fine, only problem is that every now & then I have to give them details of medication I've been on for many years. Certainly shouldn't have to, should they change their computers for example, all information should be entered. Nurses are friendly, all staff are.
