   We have recently sold our property and bought a new one and the service was great. I thought I would never say that for a solicitors firm but I am actually gladly impressed for the service received from JS Law. The agents dealing with our sale/purchase where always available or responded within 2h. Very professional and kind and proactive, always on top of the case and keeping us informed at all times. I have to say that using eWay platform helps a lot to us (customers) to see what is the progress and to upload all the documents required without having to spend a fortune on sending letters back and forth.

   I found JS Law very professional and competent during the process of selling my house. I dealt with Chloe Cotton throughout and found her to be very helpful and very professional. She was always available on the phone and email and dealt with all the issues in a timely fashion. I really liked the eWay dashboard, which made processes simple to follow and I was able to complete all the hurdles without leaving my living room chair. It is definitely the way forward in conveyancing. This contrasted greatly with the buyers solicitors, who appeared quite Dickensian. My timeline progressed quickly and smoothly, whereas the buyers solicitors movements appeared more tectonic than glacial. Altogether a good experience. I would recommend JS Law.
