I have walked to Tollers solicitors 2 times to try to arrange some professional advice 2 times I have been told they are out to lunch or busy and they would get back to me. So having left my details and wasted 2 days I am still waiting for Tollers solicitors to call ..........no chance. If you want to waste your time and energy then Tollers solicitors are for you . My advice go somewhere else.

Poor service and unprofessional. My father swore by this company and used them as far back as the 70’s but they’ve obviously got too big for their boots and lost the personal touch. I filled in the online form giving all my details and several dates I was available for an appointment for the Corby branch. I heard nothing so called the office and was told I’d be put on a waiting list for an appointment and someone would be in touch!! Nobody got in touch so I called again and spoke to the same lady, who claimed she wasn’t aware of the online booking form and neither were her colleagues. Eventually I get through to her that I don’t want a company acting on my behalf that basically don’t care and have no regard for their customers. Then arranged to collect my fathers will today 21st June a month after getting in touch, I showed the lady the online form which again she said she’d never seen before. Plenty of solicitors about that will be glad of my custom.
* DO NOT USE * I used Tollers when buying a house - Although they were more expensive than other solicitors I went with them after a recommendation... WHAT A MISTAKE. Everything took so much longer than anticipated, I understood there was a delay due to my house not being registered but to find out information it was me who had to call them and ask questions to move forward. Communication was awful. I was also hit with a much larger bill than expected even with the extra search costs. AVOID
I first used Tollers Solicitors 20 years ago to conveyance the sale of my old house and the purchase of my new one. They were very proficient and capable then, so I used them recently to legally draft and implement my Will. They made an excellent job of it. I have also asked them to act as executors of that Will on my demise. I would definitely recommend Tollers as a competent and professional group of solicitors
We used the conveyance team, David Wootton and Charlotte Turnell they have been professional on their job . We had an issue but that was due on the seller’s solicitor side. Gladly we got our house in the end. I highly recommend to use Tollers. I’ll be happy to ue them agin if needed in the future. Many thanks
