Chris berry was acting on for the sellers in a recent purchase. They used hidden fees and charged an absolutely extortionate amount for the sellers fees (over £2300) they then had the cheek to add an additional fee on to serve notice to complete which they did undated and by post. Everything is hidden away in their vague terms, be very careful!
