Lovely clean well stocked store. Lots of choice..wide aisles...friendly staff. Card only self service checkouts are greater for faster checkout..just remember to keep your receipt to get out the barrier

Luke - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Visited the store twice this week was served by Luke on both occasions. Firstly on the till where he was very welcoming and friendly, second visit we were on the self service which was busy however Luke noticeabley was very helpful towards all customers and fixing issues on the tills. Exceptional level of service that left a lasting impression on us.

Smaller car park than expected. It was nearly full. Busy shop. Well stocked, good amount of aisle space. Did not have time to have a good look up and down the aisles, but layout of sections what I was used to from other stores in Aberdeen. I liked the idea of self service checkouts, they were not busy and despite store and car park being busy, there was no queue there. Quite happy with first experience there. Those that complain about checkout staff being too quick, and queues at checkouts as rest of staff filling shelves, will like self service checkout area if you are able. Update. 21/10/22. Quick shop, in and out, car park about 75% full. No issues, helpful staff at self service for reduced stickered items.
Excellent layout, good quality produce. Self service check out was a big disappointment, scanned bag and would not accept on scale. Waited and waited for member of staff, eventually had to ask a member of staff going off duty for help. Ruined the experience.
Standard new store layout with alcohol to rear and cold storage with simple design clear doors which are better than most other supermarkets. Well stocked, clean and tidy with friendly staff and the essential middle aisle madness for some fun. Prices have been creeping up lately so not as cheap as previous but still worthwhile. Till system can be annoying for new-comers but if you are used to the pack race then you'll appreciate not getting held up yourself by others and you'll recipricate in turn.
