Store is fine. Fruit is something nasty. "British" fruit in markets is superior to no other country. Taste like chemicals and rot.
Wee lassie with glasses, couldn’t have been more helpful, dealing with 5 customers at tills whilst another young lassie with long black hair did nothing except hold a melon for 5 minutes, laughing at the same time, whilst watching the other lassie actually helping people. Is it a rule that if you’re on tills none of the other staff have to help you? One colleague dealing with five customers and another one watching, twiddling a melon. Only time she looked away from the lassie on tills was to chat to a young guy whilst she got all flustered. Leaving a colleague to struggle whilst you sit and smirk is bullying, plain and simple.
Is this the best Tesco in Aberdeen? Quite possibly
Limited selection but the sandwiches are great, pleasant staff who are more than happy to help and a brilliant place for a small convenient shop
As a general rule I've never had a problem here. Just recently, however, I attempted to buy something using the clubcard app. The app wasn't working and the member of staff serving me was absolutely no help at all. Whilst I don't expect them to fix the app, I would expect them to offer me the same discount I would have received had the app been working. How is it acceptable that I have to pay more because Tesco can't provide an app that functions correctly?
A convenient store to purchase items and meal deals on the go. Friendly staff who are always on board to help customers. Also, a very reliable store for package collections (e.g ASOS). Definitely one of my favourite Tesco's around Aberdeen!
Great clean tidy store, go in here often to get my meal deal & other goods although selection is limited. The staff here are friendly helpful and welcoming.
