   Heather ganner should not be working for nhs at all.she thinks we call because we feel like it NO. It’s because we are vulnerable and need medical assistance. Please review her as she is absolutely unprofessional and rude. She made me feel stupid for even calling regarding my query. Which I hung up and spoke to another Receptionist who was amazing. But Heather is bringing down the ratings for the actually amazing receptionist that are good.

   Receptionist have very little patience and come across rude. Called for tests results and was very nervous myself and got treated like a child on the phone. Very abrupt Receptionist.

   Just had an appointment with Dr Aleem, what a super doctor he is. He is very thorough and explains your medical condition to you, probably the best doctor at the practice. I will have no hesitation in asking to see him in the future.

   I can only comment on my own experience but as a relatively new patient to this practice I have so far been very impressed with the service that I have received on the couple of occasions that I have had a consultation with a Dr. I recently had a consultation with a Dr Kumar who was excellent! Most importantly he was attentive and listened (which in my opinion is the mark of a good clinician). A collaborative treatment plan qas devised in which I am extremely pleased with. Keep up the good work!

   If your a phycic medium ,or can read tealeaves this is the place for you if unlike most people you can't see in to the future to no exactly when you will be ill so as to get an appointment for 6 months time . Chances are it's easier to see the Queen than see a doctor

   Don't bother . Reception staff very nice except one who is very very rude and abrupt. The doctors don't want to listen about anything when it comes to personal medication. They say private prescription only when it suits them . Was there 2 weeks and will never go back .

   Reception staff are very rude, doctors dont seem to care at all. been going there my whole life with minor problems but as soon as you actually really need them they dont listen to you and are incredibly unhelpful. I would not recommend this surgery to anyone and am changing to a different Doctor.
