Such a poorly ran store, don't know how many times ive seen people waiting ages for someone to come to the tills only to have to go looking for them, and the shelves are a mess 90% of the time. The store seems heavily under staffed, under stocked, stock is damaged and all in all it is honestly the worst Tesco Express I've been in.
I live in Cults Aberdeen . We have a small Tesco store and the staff are great. I'd like to compliment one of the staff , Zara , who Always goes above and beyond to help & assist , and always with a huge smile. Zara is simply amazing . A kind thoughtful and helpful staff member.
Have been trying to call the store. The phone rings but keeps getting cut off. I have tried 4 times and not getting through to anyone. The fact you can't seem to call them is frustrating especially seeing as they take in people's parcels and I have an urgent question to ask about a parcel that's sitting there.

Went into get something nice to take into my daughter's place of work. The shop itself was great, but the older gentleman at the till point was a bit on the rude side, never asked if i needed a bag, never even asned if i had a club card. When i told my daughter and her colleagues about my experience they said he's like that all the time. Perhaps some training required here.
Friendly helpful young man on till. Told me that Tesco in Cults is open until 11pm. Wow! That's handy. He saw that I already had a rucksack and two bags and helped by packing my shopping. Good to see that Tesco train their staff in customer service - I have come across many surly characters manning tills. Always feel that if you are representing the company then you should at least try to be cheerful. Well done that young man! All the best. Mary Henderson
