Requested a visit from GP this morning, mum lacking energy, lethargic, pale and family worried, she is 93 years of age. Waited 16 hours for fantastic CRIS nurse Samantha then further 3 hours for ambulance. Now taken to hospital. Probably 12 hour wait. GP could have sorted during today. So very frustrating that the whole family, especially my mum has to go through this rediculous process. GP could have sorted today

Wouldn’t bother rude and unprofessional Used to be able to walk in for a blood test now you have to make an appointment. No one told me they had changed this and when I went without an appointment virtually no one there and guess what you can’t make an appointment when you are there you have to do it online.

Had couple of bad experiences with dentists,so very nervous patient. Needed treatment for painful loose tooth, and saw Odessa Santos. Cannot praise her enough! She was marvellous, very gentle and caring, and explained everything before she dud it.also nurse Janine Scot, also caring and reassuring. Wish all dentists were like Odessa! Many thanks.

I went with my partner for a contraception change. We were told the wait would be about 2 hours. We waited for over 2 hours and found out we were forgotten about by utterly incompetent staff. We were then told that we would have to come back tomorrow but we booked time off work to attend that day so couldn't do anytime they saw fit. They wasted our time with their mistake and its completely unacceptable. I will avoid this place at all cost in the future.

This has been one of the worst experiences I have had regarding dental care. I showed all the symptoms of an infection. I went to this dental centre thinking I would receive antibiotics to treat it. I paid £26.80 and they removed the tooth after stating there was no infection just a broken tooth, the first 24 hours were awful. I was in so much pain I had to take a sick day however I thought I was being dramatic until the 48-hour mark when the pain had spread to my eye socket, ear and neck. I couldn't eat, drink or sleep, I was in agony. So I then got another emergency appointment at another dentist which cost another £26.80. They then stated I had a serious infection and had had it for a while, they also stated that I should have not had my tooth removed and provided the antibiotics which I should have gotten before the removal of my tooth. I would not recommend going to this dental centre if you wish to have your problems solved.

Dr Dhir unfortunately refused to accept my diagnosis of ADHD and prescribe the required medication, stating that he does not feel comfortable prescribing a controlled drug, despite a psychiatrists diagnosis and referral for shared care. It's a shame that now a days there is a lack of awareness, which leads to discrimination based on patients disorders or diagnosis. This behaviour leads to suicides, further mental health issues and patients suffering. I am sure doctors do not start out their career and training intentionally trying to make these things worse, but that's exactly what is happening now. Now swap ADHD for Diabetic and imagine if a GP refused to prescribe insulin, because they didn't "feel comfortable" - imagine the uproar!

Absolutely ridiculous, they keep you waiting in the queue for hours, you get to #1 in the queue and they hang up. They also pretend they can’t hear you. The drs are also calling without allowing patients to answer. Then you have to repeat the same thing with no phone call or solution to your problem. This surgery needs closing down ASAP.

Had to attend their emergency dental practice on 9/11/22 because I am unable to register with a dentist on the NHS. The practice staff were quick, efficient and kind.

Had no confirmation of our appointment despite proof on card. Said a doctor would call us never did, disgusting service. Needs closing down.

What is the point of having signs everywhere saying YOU MUST WEAR A MASK INSIDE THIS BUILDING When no-one takes any notice. But then again when the security guard is sitting on a chair busy using his phone and not wearing a mask what do you expect. When I questioned staff about wearing a mask I was told 'you should wear one if you can, but no-one bothers' and none of the reception staff were wearing masks. Should have no stars but I'll give 1 for the doctor who was quite helpful if 25 mins late to see me.
