   An excellent service all staff members who I spoke with were very professional and helpful. The Visa team were able to get me a 5 year Indian visa within 24 hours, which pleasantly really surprised me. Due to airline changing connecting flight at Delhi there was a slight change in travel which was communicated to me and alternative options provided. The secure online payment was easy to do using the secure link. I have used Ocean travel before and will do so again. Try them you having nothing to lose it’s only a phone call and hopefully you will also experience the excellent service.

   I have used Oceans Travel for many years - amazing service, highly professional and a service way beyond what I would expect from a Travel Agent. Good for flights and Visas. Recently had a major issue with getting a visa for India and Kamal sorted everyting without fuss. Why use an online agentwehen you can't get through to anyone for love nor money whn you have a dedicated travel agent looking out for you. Once again thanks for your help.

   Awful service from members who are extremely rude. I was told that I was okay to transfer the money for my covid test a few months ago when I had to go India last minute. I was then called by the main manager who spoke rudely to me and said he wont send my test as the payment was delayed when it was not. He made this call after the payment was made and less than 12 hours before my flight. I explained to jin that I had to leave for an emergency and had no other flight available for that week. The manager said he did not care and that it wasn’t his problem. After, he rudely hung up and claimed he would refund me my money. 5 mins later i get a call with the manager apologising for not seeing a text message that confirmed my payment. The entire team needs to be more considerate of the situation a person might be going through when dealing with any client. In my case it was even more necessary as I continuously expressed that I was leaving for a family emergency and that cancelling a test i was dependent upon out of anger was not the right thing to do.
