   Why do you hire grumpy, rude, and unprofessional staff—people who browse TikTok while serving customers and can’t even say hi, thank you, or goodbye? Surely, there are plenty of people better suited for this role. Situation from today (04.03 at 12:40), and every time this sulky lady is at the counter, it only reinforces my decision to avoid this small shop.

   Very nice and capable staff other than the one who's named T---. YES YOU ALL KNOW WHO IT IS!!! Retraining or P45 required. ASAP!!!I have spent 20+ years spending my money in this store and will not spend anymore until she is gone or been told the customer is always right. Very very very much unliked by all neighbours on Hutcheon street.......

   Staff is nice but if you are craving for chocolate fudge and thinking to visit their bakery, trust me you will regret. Their chocolate fudge can give you diabetes. Utter disappointment! It was too dry and hard as well because the casing was not sealed properly. Otherwise obviously as because it’s 24/7 so you can go anytime. But i really really really wish that they improve their bakery as well.

   Went to your shop the past two days at approximately 1 am .four times my card took an age to authorise only to be declined.was told by the staff member at that time of day the card machine is dodgy. In a pandemic we are told to use a card as much as possible No point in your shop cant imagin the sales you lose because of this issue. Bad way to run a business

   Bought 2 sticky toffee pudding with custard which they make themselves in the shop. Also purchased a slice of double chocolate cake & a slice of Victoria sponge cake. When i got home I noticed the sticky toffee pudding is dated 18/7 ! Todays date is 13/9 ! I phoned to tell them the person who answered the phone said it was a mistake. I didnt even get a thank you for telling them about their mistake! To top it all the Victoria sponge slice gave me a upset tummy. Will not be going back !
