   Really bad post-sale experience. Zero responses to emails, which means having to constantly chase on the phone - such a pain when busy with work and other things to have to try to pin down your EA constantly when all you want is a return email. We’ve asked for months for a sense of the lead time for when our buyer might be able to complete, and never been given an answer. At every stage we’ve had to really push to get the smallest amount of information. Nothing is ever asked for proactively without us pushing it, even months into the process. By comparison, our vendor’s EA is absolutely incredible and so responsive - we do everything via her now because she’s the only one that brings clarity, communicates (and responds to emails!) and gets us updates. We really trust her and we simply don’t have that relationship with Sears, even after raising a complaint after month one about how things were going. Great at sales, but could not recommend at all due to the pain of the post sales experience. Feels like a total waste of money, especially when contrasting with our vendor’s EA.

   My wife and I listed our property with Sears Jennett's Park for their knowledge of the area. We were very impressed with their service. Unfortunately our buyers pulled out and we had to re-list. Hugo was new to the office the second time around and we cannot fault him. Since he came on board he has shown great passion and effort in selling our property. Hugo's communication was great and took on board all the information provided to him. He is a credit to Sears. A mention to Daniel also who was also involved and was able to get the deal over the line. Thanks to both for your help.
