   Cannot recommend Heather. I was informed that the letter I had provided was suitable for legal aid then received an email the next day to say she wasn't sure and as they had experienced a cyber attack would not know until the end of November. Heather knew The Court Case was the 19th November. Another Law Company said she could have sent the letter via email and received confirmation within 48 hours ??!! Heather was very quick to send a contract for me to sign to pay privately she knew I was anxious and took advantage of the situation. Thankfully the letter has been accepted. Heather you need to treat your client's fairly and be honest. My advice is to think carefully before you decide to choose Heather.

   From first meeting completely led me on to thinking I had a good chance of winning. Until the barrister I got for the final hearing advised me it was extremely doubtful I would win and she was shocked I had not been told this before. Stuck with them even they time and time again had to correct the mistakes on statements. And those statements I wrote myself and then were typed up wrong. Only interested in your money and polite to your face but the didn't care either way if you win or lose. If they were honest with me from the start it would have saved a lot of hurt, anxiety and money from the beginning! Avoid at all costs!!!

   Disgusting liars. DO NOT use them. They are the most corrupt law practice I have ever dealt with. I have even had to report them for fraud. I'm waiting for my case to finish so I can go to the media.

Vile organisation which profits from trying to prevent good parents from having appropriate parental access, makes no attempt to uphold the values of Relate, and is happy to represent liars and false accusers, to the detriment of genuine victims. They use abusive tactics of deception and intimidation with no sense of decency or remorse.

   Do not use complete liars I'm referring to alina you could show this company or for better words this solicitors evidence until its blue in there face facts proven ..they will not put it in statements they dont file statements in time or atall for this fact and let you down at last minute ...alina is very 2 faced very corrupted as in local authorities friend and fo .. I've got further in 1 day sending evidence direct myself to family courts then alina done in months Alina also this comes deliberately leaves cases open well well to long wen the is overwhelming evidence to win seal an close this company is part of a scandal to leave cases open just to claim more money public people use this company an I'll I'll garrenty you your case is wrecked
