    I've been with this letting agency for 9 years and anytime I had an issue..just with one phone call or email and they were quick to react and resolve it. Good customer service specially Gintare and Maura so I highly recommend it

    They are very friendly and helpful but since moving in i aint heard a thing...Please answer our phone calls, voicemails and emails. It has been almost 4 weeks now. RG30 area. I really don't want to leave a 1β˜† because you guys were so kind and answered all our enquiries calls/emails before we moved in.

    They failed to attended an agreed viewing time and date despite me receiving multiple update and reminders. Absolutely appalling customer service and organisation. You should definitely avoid them.

    If you’re considering renting a property from, do yourself a favor and avoid them at all costs. Dealing with them was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. They were unprofessional, disorganized, and completely unreliable.after 6 months they increasd my rent and there behavior was so bad no answer on call or email , they charge me Β£150 for 10 minut check out service.house was clean still they cut my money from deposit i left house in august and get my deposit back now After moving out, they withheld my rent deposit with no valid explanation, despite the property being left in perfect condition. They violated all rules and regulations and the law. Getting any response from them was like pulling teeth. When they did respond, they were dismissive and unhelpful. It was clear they had no intention of returning my deposit, and I had to chase them endlessly for any updates and threaten legal action. The entire experience was frustrating and stressful and the lack of communication was beyond frustrating. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Forrest Property. There are plenty of better rental agencies out there that actually respect their tenants. Save yourself the headache and avoid renting from them!

    FLAT 3 OAKLANDS SHINFIELD ROAD RG2 9BE I had a very unpleasant experience. Ian Luscombe from Flat 4 is very close to the landlord Alfred Alstrom as well as Lisa Norris from the agency. Essentially these 3 people run the place. After we moved in we had a social with friends to celebate. The next day Ian complained to the agency resulting in our eviction very early in our contract without any particular reason. Ian also decided to knock on our door and start swearing in order to express his dissatisfaction about us socializing in 'his' back garden. Also he assaulted (pushed my partner) in the back garden. His behaviour is disgusting but whats even worse is the landlord and the members of the agency supporting that. Apparently Ian can do as he likes with no consequences as the landlord has his back. Furthermore, Ian Luscombe istalled CCTV inside the building (and has access to it) resulting in zero privacy as some of the cameras are pointing inside the flat once the door is open. This kinds of behaviours are immature and disgusting. For the shake of your mental wellbeing I would avoid!

    The renting process itself was fine, staff have been friendly and lots of communication and a successful move in on our date. However once we had completed the move all that stopped. We moved in to find an unusable shower, broken washing machine, blocked drain, out-dated boiler, etc At this point Forrest were ignoring our numerous calls, only replying via email which would take 2-3 days and in the end we were without a washing machine for 3 weeks! Overall the communication is extremely poor, several emails have just been completely ignored and a viewing for the property was not given in the minimum 24 hour window! The experience has been incredibly stressful, lost us time and money and I dread to find out what the vacating process will be like!

    I had rented a two bedroom house through Forrest Property Services and in summary they are the worst agent and incredibly greedy – avoid them at all cost. Take pictures before and after and dispute all charges. Do note that our landlord owns forrest property services and explains their actions. We couldn't move into the property in the morning of our tenancy start date as "the current tenants are moving out in the morning of the same day and if the property will require any works they will not be finished until 5.00 pm." The agent/landlord had overlapped our tenancy dates - incredibly irresponsible. At the end of the initial 6 month tenancy, they decided to increase our rent by a massive 7.5% - incredibly greedy and was lucky to negotiate this down to half. At the end of our tenancy, we had to go through Deposit Protection Service to get our deposit back from the landlord. He wanted to deduct Β£415 to β€œcut back all trees and bushes and to dispose of all garden waste”. This was rubbish as the condition of the garden was left at its original state. The agent was incredibly unhelpful during communications, they ignored my email for 2 weeks, ignored my phone calls and ignored my questioning to explain the deductions. In the end, I had to submit a legal statutory declaration form to get my deposit back. The landlord ignored and did not respond to the statutory declaration and I was able to receive my deposit back after 14 days. It took us a total of 2 months to get our deposit back – avoid!
