   We originally purchased our house through Davidcliff 9 years ago and were impressed with the service at that time so we decided to ask them to handle the sale of our house too. We weren’t disappointed, the whole team were efficient, knowledgeable and easy to communicate with and we would recommend them. We particularly liked them having a separate person handling all the sale process details including liaison with the solicitors up and down the chain once an offer had been accepted.

   I am early in the process- I’ve been under offer for two weeks. However, I really wanted to leave a review of the service so far. David Cliff have been the best agents I have ever dealt with. Communication has been fantastic, number of viewings has been brilliant and they got me an asking price offer very quickly. I used to be very anti estate agents and have used online companies before to, in effect, sell the house myself but never again! Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable, we were pleased with our wonderful write up by Josh and no query was too big or small! Rachel and Serena was also fab, especially when it came to taking us on house viewings to places or working with selling our flat. When it came to selling our flat I was delighted with how supportive Rachel was in negotiating ensuring we were listened to and understood whilst supporting the buyers views too! They really genuinely are passionate about property!
