Went in for a change of surname, solicitor never got back to me. It's been over a month since I last heard from the solicitor. Very disappointed as I know they usually have exceptional service. At least the receptionist was nice.

Possibly one of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Started with the haughty receptionist who made me feel that I was interrupting her work rather than being the reason for her work and culminated in being spoken down to by a solicitor (can't remember his name, unfortunately). Once the meeting was finished he let me find my own way out of his first floor office. Didn't have the courtesy to escort me. (I got lost but made it in the end). Just awful. Felt so humiliated.
