Went for our 20 week ultrasound. The staff were so helpful and reassuring during the scan and wrote down our gender for us instead of telling us for our gender reveal. The hospital itself is quite and clean but only used two of their services (ultrasound & blood tests)
A big thanks to Holly Brooks for helping me get a scan on my shoulder when my doctors were really not playing ball. Great to see someone taking pride in their work.

Was referred by GP. Was seen promptly on ringing them (same day). Sprawling ground floor building. Staff are friendly and informative.
In and out in 5 mins nurses are always very good, had a blood test, no pain no worries
Easy to park when I arrived, seen at my appointment time, helpfull nursing staff, I was pleasantly surprised..
Been to this hospital before for physio and have bloods done and always been pleased with treatment and sevice. However, I recently recieved an appt card by post following referral from my GP and not being able to make it rang to rearrange. I was on hold from number 14 in queue for 44mins 31secs and down to number 2 when a message came on that all lines were busy and call back later. Could they not have told me that in minute 1 not minute 45.
My Mum had an appointment today in the Rheumatoid department and were looked after excellently. I cannot rate the hospital enough! Staff were fabulous...... very happy. MRS BLAKEMAN STAFFORD
It’s not a massive hospital but it’s great for easy access for getting bloods done or coming for outpatient care. Clean tidy place. Parking can be a bit limited but it’s not too bad. Everyone is lovely and it’s a welcome asset to the area to free up the main local hospital
