I’ve had laser before and it wasn’t great. The laser I received from secret skin has been a game changer and I would highly recommend it. The machine is in my opinion the best on the market and the ladies that work here are absolutely lovely and know what they are doing. Pricing is also reasonable.
As a foreigner, this is my first time have the laser hair removal in UK. The whole process is professional and nice, makes me really comfortable. The price is also super nice and the machine is super good. (Btw the tea is really nice) a nice experience for me
I have nothing but excellent things to say. From day one I was made to feel very comfortable and at ease, everything was explained to me during my consultation and I understood the whole process of my treatment course and what to expect. Covid regulations were followed on every visit, hygiene regulations were followed to the highest of standards. Everytime I have been to the clinic I have felt like I was visiting friends, who took an interest in me and understood my insecurities I had with my facial hair, we had laughs, jokes and general chit chat which is the best atmosphere you want when dealing with personal, sensitive body issues. Nothing daunting about coming to this clinic and any confidence you may have lost will soon be restored. I certainly feel that I've gained my life back following my facial hair removal journey and I know that all I have to do is send a text if I feel any returning issues and I will get the support im looking for. I have been using secret skin and laser for years. Their service is top class. Roma and Deb are fantastic and make you feel at ease and genuinely want to help you. The results for myself have been fantastic and having being diagnosed with PCOS you can feel like there isn't much choice out there but the laser treatment has honestly changed my life. The hair reduction has been so huge I don't have to worry about hiding or trying to cover up certain areas anymore. Couldn't recommend the service enough.
Absolutely amazing results after just one session! I had a poor experience at a different salon and I’ve had better results after one treatment here than I had after 6 at the other place! I can’t actually believe how drastic the results are. Such a warm and friendly atmosphere too. I spoke to Roma on the phone and Deby did my treatment and they are the nicest people! I felt comfortable the second I walked in and even got a brew. Super professional and informative and I can’t wait to go back for my next session!
My experience having laser hair removal has been beyond amazing. After a friends recommendation, i decided to use the secret skin clinic and i couldnt be happier with my decision. In my consultation i was met by two lovely nurses who made me feel sooo comfortable and completely calmed my nerves. My consultation was extremely informative and the treatment it self was actually quite relaxing. So far im really happy with the results and i litterally cant find fault with the service provided.
The clinic is run by two very friendly, registered female nurses. They make sure you are totally comfortable and will take the time to discuss any concerns you may have. Despite having treatment in a "delicate" area, these ladies always make the visit very enjoyable and they are very easy to talk to. Highly recommend!
WOW... I received a recommendation for Vogue so went for Laser hair removal treatment. Its not on a main high street so Privacy Is Maintained. I was greeted by a beautiful genuine smile and it didnt Stop there. I Met Roma And Deby and they immediately made me feel welcome. We spoke about the Laser. I was initially concerned as the only experience of lasers I had encountered was from my eye treatment and reports from when i was looking into Tattoo removal.. I had my patch test done and was Gobsmacked.. I had the Underarm area done and it didn't hurt at all. The best comparison I can make with the treatment was to an ultrasound or applying a roll on deodorant .. First there was a gel then the laser was wiped around my underarm area. It looked and felt a bit like an ultrasound. I came away from Vogue, feeling like I had reconnected with friends I had known for years. As Qualified Nurses they are warm, friendly and soothing.. but Blooming hilarious!!!... I can not wait to go back again.. Thank you Vogue. xxx
