   Phoned up 2 hours before my delivery was due to advise they had some drivers phone in sick and would not be able to make my slot, bit short notice but okay, option offered can you take a later slot? Possibly what time later? Oh we don't know we just need to get you to agree to it. Erm no I can't take as lot if I have no idea of wehn it will be. Asda radio silence. SO in the last 3 attempts to shop with my local Asda we have had; Driver one hour past slot compensation offered but never received, order incomplete substitutes sent were specifically requested no substitutes, no substitutes sent were specifically requested and finally today, no delivery, we know we aren't goingh to deliver but we are still going to sit on your money for a few days.

   I’ve been shopping at ASDA for over 40 years, the situation with the Pizza counter is ridiculous. Yet again at the Port Lethen store today, there was no one serving, no notice to explain why, and no staff around to help. This happens far too often, if the counter isn’t going to be staffed, what’s the point of having it? Not going back.

   Last time I buy meat from Asda. Beef roasting joint, full of gristle. After searing then 6 hours in slow cooker, before resting wrapped in parchment paper to keep the juices in, served with a red wine, mushroom and caramelised onion gravy, we were al looking forward to dinner. The meat was like rubber bands throughout the entire cut. Going to find a good local butcher instead. Can't believe they get away with selling this rubbish.

   So,came in here sunday afternoon to do my weekly shop,I didnt get half what I wanted because between click&collect staff and staff after their shift thinking they own the place its a no for me..I will go across to Aldi next time

   Bought Laphroaig 10 Year Old at Asda, thinking it was discounted. The label was actually for Laphroaig Select, placed nearby. I had to drive 10 miles back to return it. Very frustrating and careless labelling – not what I expect from a major retailer.

   Nipped into Asda to buy some tumblers I wanted. Was just getting 2 sets, so I thought I will pay at the Kiosk as had the correct money and the Kiosk was quiet. Very sulky middle aged woman with short brown hair and specs who frankly was really rude and I have to be honest I have seen more personality in a paperclip! I asked if I could pay for the glssses there and she barked at me "Is that all you got?" I was then told to get out of the way as I packed my glasses as she wanted to serve the next customer. I also tried to engage in pleasant conversation with her and was met by hostility and "Grey Mist"! Asda get some decent cheery staff on the Kiosk ASAP.

   It's an Asda, good at some stuff not so good at others. Staff seem few on the ground and checkouts are never well manned. There are those amongst us who prefer a human at the checkout and I'd rather queue for a human checkout than use a robot. Poor show Asda (and others) who are making savings at the cost of jobs. It's not all about profit!

   Hello My wife and i payed a visit to your store yesterday a change from Aberdeen After shopping we decided we would try and get breakfast so we went to uour cafe area i asked the gentleman behind the counter about breafadt but he said we were a little late i said ok no problem but instead of letting us leave the cafe he said we have agreat offer jusy now a bowl of soup with a roll and a drink of your choice ie hot or cold ..for a £1 Not thats what you call good customer service letting us know there was something there for us if want to have it Which we did it was brilliant fantastic value Would like to thank Adam for his good customer care Welldone

   Well, maybe you won't go there for the Asda kitchen but, In my opinion, the place is heavily underrated! The food we tried was good (not Michelin level, but good) for a very great price! Sadly McDonald's steal the scene here most of the time because otherwise this place would definitely be more popular. Are you just a little hungry? A slice of pizza for only £1.99! Or with chips and a drink for £5! They also do breakfast, coffees and sandwiches for a fair price! Also, staff is helpful and very friendly. Worth a visit if you're shopping there or if you're simply looking for somewhere to eat that is not McDonald's

   Abysmal service at kiosk today @ 06.50. Standing at kiosk whilst staff 5 metres away continued talking and dealing with papers and looking at me for 4 minutes (only person waiting) then made excuses when asked why I was ignored. Surely customer service is a priority, and not a hardship. Not a nice social/friendly store to go to, think I'll avoid in future.
