   We have had a completely new kitchen and utility designed by Searle and Taylor and could not be more pleased with the result. Wonderful quality and workmanship as regards the design and cabinetry, with everything brought together by Darren and Gavin as regards worktops, appliances, decoration and utilities. It was a pleasure having everyone around and seeing them do their thing, including the fitters DJM Builders (Dan, Dougie and Honey) who were always ready with a bit of extra help or advice, CMM Electrical Services (Alex and Darren), AJ Roberts/GJ Roberts Decorating (Adam and Gary) and Alan Daunou Plumbing Services (Alan). All of them inspired real confidence in their quality of work and reliability, with S&T’s Darren casting his eye over things from time to time and making the final checks. They were also very responsive on the final small snags (there are always some). The only separate element was the flooring but Darren helped to source a tiler and we found the perfect materials round the corner from S&T at Quorn Stone, where Emily was very helpful.

   I have to say Searle and Taylor have built us a fabulous kitchen. From the design stage, ordering, through to final fit and finish, Darren and his team have been faultless.    Searle & Taylor have been truly superb from start to finish, and I cannot recommend them more highly. I will start this review by explaining that I am a demanding customer, with exacting standards and high expectations, so we really needed to work with someone who would be thorough in every aspect of the project from design through to completion. Our project included a bespoke kitchen, bar, a boot room / utility and TV cabinetry. Starting with the design side: Darren is a true visionary creative, and his ideas, energy and passion not only made the process enjoyable, but he was also able to come up with ideas and solutions that we simply couldn’t have imagined. He and his design team not only created the most incredibly stunning space; but one that is highly practical too. I can see why Darren has won so many awards; he really is a genius. He is also trustworthy, honest and a thoroughly nice person too (as we have got to know him through this process). Production and fitting: this was carefully scheduled in, and we had clear visibility of each stage including introduction to the install team. Dan and his fantastic two colleagues worked hard on site and it was amazing to see how much progress was made each day, with key milestones met in accordance with the programme. They not only worked hard / fast, but are clearly highly experienced as evidenced by the very high standard and close attention to detail they displayed. Our units were then hand painted on site by another specialist team, who (like their predecessors) were a pleasure to deal with and true craftspeople. The end result: we are absolutely delighted with the finished space which looks stunning. The quality is really what sets Searle & Taylor apart. A kitchen is a hugely significant investment, and needs to be built to last. I didn’t write this review immediately as I wanted some time to live with it, and I am pleased to say I can give clear assurance and confidence to anyone considering investing with Searle & Taylor. Yes there are cheaper companies out there, but I can resolutely say that you get what you pay for and with Searle & Taylor I feel we have achieved both quality and value for money. I shall certainly be recommending them far and wide amongst friends and family, and I would not hesitate to work with them again (& look forward to doing so).

   Searle & Taylor Kitchens is one of the top kitchen designers and manufacturers in the country. The quality of service is impeccable. Sticking to deadlines is a highlight of the service where whatever date is given during the process, that date is highly respected by the team. The quality of the product is second to none. The wooden components come exactly as they were described. Led by Darren, the place is where you can get your dream kitchen from. We live in Buckinghamshire but upon the recommendation of a neighbour whose kitchen we always admired, we decided to go ahead with S&T for our shaker kitchen. If you genuinely want a high end kitchen, this is the place to get it from. No need to waste your time and money elsewhere. Darren, Gavin and the rest of the team are simply the dream team who will exceed your expectations at all stages. I wholeheartedly recommend Searle & Taylor to anyone who is keen to have the most important area of their place (namely their kitchen!) as stunning and as beautiful as possible.

   Darren and Gavin did a fantastic job designing and installing our new kitchen and utility room. They were a pleasure to work with. They guided us through all the choices of furniture and appliances. They dovetailed their work with the builder and other tradesmen to make a seamless integration. Four years later we are still delighted with everything and think it looks great. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

   We worked with Darren and Gavin to design and install a new kitchen, drinks cabinet and garden office kitchen for our new home build. They were very easy to work with, understanding our initial brief, but also making suggestions on ways to improve the design and functionality of the space. Throughout the entire project, my questions and proposed modifications were always discussed thoroughly and timely as well. Dan handled the installation, which was completed quite quickly, ensuring that all was done to the highest quality.
