   From the moment we went into the Winchester showroom until the sign off it was 5 star. Graham Leech and the team just so caring and understanding it is a wonderful experience. We have refurbished our house and whilst a large sum of money it actually feels like an investment and that is a credit to how much the team care. They helped us with our requirements and also budget and nothing was too much trouble. The fitter and painter were as good as the designer and sales team. Cannot praise enough, other companies should look at HJs client journey as they should aspire to be like them! Well done Graham and all at HJ.

   We are delighted with our kitchen. Everyone we dealt with in Harvey Jones - Graham and Laura in the showroom, the fitter, Philip, and the painter, Mark - has been friendly, helpful and efficient and made the whole process stress-free. The standard of the cupboards, as well as the fitting and painting, is high.

   We had a very positive experience, working with Graham and Laura at Harvey Jones Winchester. They were both very generous with their time, gave good advice, and a real attention to detail. The fitters and the painter were very professional and happy to take extra work on to ensure the kitchen was exactly to our wishes. We have ended up with what we think is a stunning kitchen. The only slight negative, is that the cost estimates provided initially were quite a long way off from what we ended up spending(due to extras etc.), so my advice would be to add at least 25% on top of the original estimate. I do think the end product is worth the money though.

   I stumbled upon the Harvey Jones, Winchester showroom on my way home one day and knew within a short time of speaking with Leisha Norman that I had found something special, both in service and in quality. My husband and I had been considering other kitchen options for our new extension but as soon as he and I met with Leisha the next morning and saw the quality of the build and materials used in their kitchens we knew that we would be in good hands and so happily embarked upon the wonderful experience that was the creation of our new kitchen. Leisha’s knowledge of the Harvey Jones product is impressive, as is her talent for kitchen designing (and interior designing generally) and her familiarity with the steps involved in building projects. The latter was a quality that we didn’t realise at the outset would be important. It became very apparent how useful it was though during Leisha’s many on-site visits during the building project, ahead of the kitchen being fitted and when we relied on Leisha to liaise with our builders, engineer and architect to work through building issues that inevitably arise during such projects. Throughout, Leisha’s service was flawless and she guided us safely through building and design decisions. Her responsiveness, punctuality, reliability and genuine and sustained interest in our project was more than we had ever imagined possible and our new kitchen is spectacular. Thank you Leisha.

She was incredibly patient when we changed our kitchen plans more than twice and made designing and installing the kitchen an exciting and stress free experience.    A new kitchen is the stuff of dreams. I was originally drawn in by Leisha who quick to convince me that the combination of her as an accomplished and empathetic designer and the quality of the Harvey Jones kitchens were exactly what I wanted. Having decided to go with them I was then introduced to the deal that Harvey Jones were offering. Once I had spoken with Leisha she was able to put together a fabulous design, researched any extras I was looking for, and was able to accommodate and communicate with the builders. I enjoyed my visits to the showroom and the process of choosing from so many possibilities of style, colours, materials, it was all made as easy as possible. The whole experience was so professional from the design, communication, fitting, painting to the follow up when all was complete. The result is a fabulous kitchen that I am extremely pleased with. It works brilliantly and is a joy to be in. Thank you so much.
