   The staff have 0 customer service skills, are so rude and don't offer any support or help if you need it. They have given me evri parcel to someone who isn't me and when I went to enquire about it, they could not care less!

   My local shop for 8 years now…… the guys in there have to deal with a whole city’s drunk and disorderly 24hrs a day, I think they do a fantastic job managing mostly the same faces too, iv always been polite and have been shown the same respect back.

   If it were possible to rate without giving any stars, I would do just that. The salesperson working in this store turned out to be extremely unprofessional and rude. He doesn’t know how to communicate, hold a conversation, or serve customers. I don’t understand why such a person works in customer service if he can’t even find items that are in the store. His manner of communication was harsh and unpleasant. I waited patiently while he was supposed to find my parcel, but instead, he started serving other customers and eventually claimed that my parcel wasn’t there. However, both his device and my phone confirmed that the parcel was in the store. He simply refused to look for it and told me to contact the delivery company instead.

   Has the best Jaykeys. So good, they even buy alcohol for teenagers, waiting outside. The staff know this, and don't care.
