   The girl who sold me the mattress was polite, helpful and friendly. She used the machine to analyse which mattress was best for me, brought me a pillow, gave us hot drinks and arranged delivery to suit my requirements. What I liked best was her attitude - attentive but not pushy - there to answer questions without being a nuisance. She left me on my own to test the mattresses I liked. I’d give her ‘employee of the year’ award if I could!

   When purchasing our bed on 28/09 a lovely gentleman in the Burton Upon Trent store assisted us. He helped with the sleep match mattress as me and my partner were debating about which mattress would best suit us. We already knew which bed we wanted as we had already picked this out nearly a year before actually purchasing and he put the order through without any problems. There was also a lovely young woman who offered us drinks and made sure we were comfortable throughout our time when ordering. We got the delivery date we wanted and there was even a promotional deal of free pillows and duvets alongside the new mattress and bed we bought. Delivery was prompt and on time and the delivery team were efficient and helpful. We did not have the bed building as we decided to do his ourselves, and we found this was fairly easy with the instructions and only took us three hours after betting it would take us much longer. We are extremely happy with our new bed and so are our cats and as we all now have our own dedicated spaces. Thank you for your time and help it was a lovely smooth purchase and would do again - hopefully we won’t be needing it for a couple years now!

   Brilliant, the bed scanner to find your best mattress was ace. Had a choice of three, all at different quantities and prices. My favourite was the middle choice. Very helpful young lady and a coffee thrown in as well. Buying it was painless, deposit paid then nine months the rest before any interest charged. Pillows, duvets, and other related products available. Happy customer.

   I can't comment on the quality of service as we didn't get any. We knew exactly which bed we wanted but after 25 mins waiting with no acknowledgement, we went home. There was only one member of staff in the shop and he was busy with another customer,fair enough,but surely a quick,'Be with you asap' so we knew he'd seen us?

   My partner and I entered the store and we were immediately greeted by attentive staff. We looked around for about 15 minutes to look at the display stock, and were very impressed with the quality and variety. We were shown to the dreams machine in which can detect the best mattress, a three or so minute experience, with swift results. We based our search for a mattress on the outcome, and wouldn't have seen the one we chose had it not have suggested it. As soon as we had made out decision on the bed frame and mattress, the staff member who initially helped us from the beginning immediately came to complete the transaction, confirming all the details clearly. Very good experience and will certainly return for further bed-related requirements.
