   Waited 45 minutes outside the shop under the pretense of doing a delivery. First off it's a Sunday. Secondly there is no vans, no pallets nothing of that nature. Third let's just give the benefit of the doubt and say there is a delivery to be put awaydelivery you lost 10 customers just through this poor decision making. Do some of the delivery serve some customers continue when the queue is gone etc. Just an absolute shambles. I appreciate the nature of frozen goods need put away instantly but In a day and age where we all need customers it is most unwise to have such ill judged decisions from management. 17/08/25.

   Nice staff if you take the time to find out...pricey but all these type of shops are , only criticism i have is when there's a queue , staff think its better to be in the store room instead of having two tills on they leave people waiting at one till....apart from that its a typical newsagent , just don't go in if you are in a hurry.

   Terrible service. Always locking the torry youths in the shop. The staff talk about disabled customers after leaving. They phone the police for nothing and get innocent children arrested for their own entertainment. This shop seriously needs shut down my dudes
