   Kitchens Complete designed, spec'd, and fitted our kitchen in June/July 2024, and we couldn’t have been happier with the whole experience. Every step of the design process was made easy thanks to Troy’s knowledge, creativity, and thoughtful ideas in response to our needs. The craftsmanship from the team who removed our old kitchen, prepared the space, and installed the new one was exceptional. They were meticulous, professional, and always confirming that we were happy at every stage (which we absolutely were). Fast-forward a year, and we experienced a minor issue where the paint on one of the doors had failed. Kitchens Complete resolved it swiftly by providing a replacement door and arranging installation at a time convenient for us. The aftercare has been just as impressive as the initial service. I’d highly recommend Kitchens Complete to anyone looking for a high-quality kitchen and a company that truly stands behind its work.

   ***Great Project and Customer Experience*** I have been in in the look out for someone to refurbish my Kitchen since 2019, and due to a bad experience with garage conversion project, I lost my faith and confidence to trust anyone to come and do another job in the house for me. However, I kept my eye on all resources from online searches, going to kitchen shops and check what they offered, but nothing of these made me comfortable, most likely because of how they were trying to get me buy a kitchen. Till one day I was looking into a local magazine and found "Kitchen complete" AD, it caught my eyes, and started checking the reviews, all looked good and authentic to me. I felt good about this me and my wife, we booked an appointment online and Troy (in charge of Design and customer visits), came over. We had a discussion and he impressed us with his attention to detail and how he opened our eyes to have a spacious Kitchen with a loads of Space and Storage, not only that but a social area for the family and Friends to gather around. We went to the Showroom and been shown the design, and the kitchen we have seen we straight fell in love with it. ***Assurance and Safety*** Troy suggested to handle the whole project for us, and bring his own team to do the whole job from demolition, electrics, plumbing, flooring, decorating and floor fitting. We were looking for a best quality materials, as we are not doing a kitchen every few years :), he gave us advise on everything we asked for. Troy insisted to bring his team to meet up and provide my family "Assurance" of whom gonna be working in our house. We felt really happy of this step, as I discussed with his team few pending topics from the garage conversion project needed to be looked at while fitting the new Kitchen. ***Professionalism*** The Team were listening to me and my Wife's requirement and requests patiently, and whenever asked for a suggestion they always provide an answer. They start at 8 AM and get on with the Job without wondering or wasting time like other traders do. ***Project Management*** I want to dedicate this section for the amazing management we had experienced from Phil who is handling these side of things. Once we agreed on everything, I have received the Quotation, Phil answered all my queries over the phone and made it clear and simple. The most impressing part, that I never seen it before was The detailed Schedule been sent to me with Dates and what will happen on a Day-To-Day basis. I have been kept updated all the way throughout the project, that made the project go easy and smooth. ***Conclusion*** Kitchen complete, made us felt as if nothing going on in our house, it is an experience we will keep talking about all the time. If you are after a kitchen refurb, I would highly recommend them for a job exceedingly a term "Well Done" I will post a before and after Photos to show how good this job was.

   Could not be more impressed with the work Kitchens Complete carried out to transform our kitchen in to a dream space. They were creative and informative right from the initial designs and clearly put great thought in to turning the room in to what we wanted. Throughout the process, Phil, Troy, and the team were considerate and consultative, keeping us up to date at all times and went out of their way to pay great attention to detail. The finished result is stunning and we could not be happier. We highly recommend going with Kitchens Complete if you're looking for premium quality and service for a fair price.

   So, where to start..... From the first 5 minutes of our first meeting I knew that we were going to go with Kitchens Complete. The whirlwind that is Troy with his enthusiasm and vision had us sold almost instantly. The "one stop shop" approach with the company offering everything we needed was a massive plus and took the stress out of us having to find individual trades people for each of the parts of the build/refit. The whole team were top notch - friendly, lots of banter (and cups of coffee!) and most importantly did what they said they would do when promised despite well known supply chain and lead time issues. Any issues (although few) were rectified with ZERO argument and in a timely fashion and at no point, despite us having significant work completed did we feel that there would be anything that wouldn't be finished exactly how we imagined. The 3D modelling of the final layout was so close to the real thing you would think it was an actual photo! I am sure there are cheaper kitchen companies but trust me, if you want quality, care, peace of mind and reliability its hard to imagine how, at least in our experience, it could have been any better. There are too many people to individually thank but special mention to Troy for the design, Gary for his building and project management, Josh for his skill fitting the kitchen and Phil for taking any issues extremely seriously and making sure we were happy. Good luck to them - one of those companies you have no reservations about instantly recommending. And no, I didn't get paid to write this review ;-)

   Excellent service from start to finish to deliver our dream kitchen. Process started with honest, well though out advice to prepare a design. The tradesmen were all highly professional backed up by dedicated project management. Throughout the entire process, there was genuine effort to ensure we were happy. Nothing was too much trouble.    Kitchens complete have just finished my kitchen and it is beautiful. A highly skilled and extremely professional team. I had a schedule of when everything would be done and it was carried out to the letter from ripping out the old kitchen to plumbing, electrics, flooring and decorating. The quality is fabulous and the finish impeccable. If you want to have a new kitchen which is project managed for you with no stress these are the people for you! Thank you to the whole team!
