   We were encouraged by Resort Properties/Silverpoint to invest in timeshare. They always said it would be an investment and would be easily resold; this was far from the case. From our own protracted but unsuccessful attempts to address the matter, we engaged the services of Lincoln Green. We submitted all the relevant documentation in support of a claim involving Barclays. We were always kept up to date with progress and were delighted with the successful outcome.    I contacted Lincoln Green last year in connection with a lifetime mortgage which I believed may have been mis-sold. I discussed the issue with Darren, I found his approach was very professional and his questioning about the various issues was thorough. I sent a large amount of documentation for review and although Lincoln Green decided it was not a case they would take on I was happy that I had received an excellent level of service and was given some sound advice for no charge. Another issue has come to light with my house purchase, possible misrepresentation. I had contacted a firm that wanted £2500 just to review the documents to see if there was a case. I thought it would be worth contacting Lincoln Green again although I didn't know if they had any expertise in this area. I spoke to a different solicitor this time but he was also very thorough, knowledgeable and professional. He could have asked me to send in the documents to review for an extortionate fee but he didn't. He considered any claim would be too small and not worth their while or me throwing money at it, and suggested how I could best proceed. So, although I haven't actually been a client of this firm my overall experience of dealing with them has been extremely positive. An honest, no nonsense approach and a firm I would not hesitate in recommending.

   I have found that this law firm has been responsive to my requests. The initial diagnosis of the legal position was quick, and the agreed fees reasonable. Later in the process it became understood that the protection I had with a credit card purchase could not be effected, under s.75 of the consumer credit act, due to an underhand processing of card details by the trader, 'Renugen', by taking cash out of my account with a money handling firm, 'Transfer-Wise'. Months of time eventually ended up with myself having to take the trader 'Renugen' to court by my own action. Lincoln green Law staff supported me in the background. The matter was eventually settled out of court by the trader, and the refund was handled by Lincoln Green. With thanks, John Kime

   I was a bit sceptical at first as with any of these solicitors that claim to be able to recover your money. However, I would highly recommend this company. There was good communication and the advisors very friendly. It took a while but this was due to the other end replying and probably a lot of battling back and forth which I may not been aware of. Anyway, I have now been successful in my claim thanks to these guys. Thanks again for all your hard work.

   Heard an advert ref Solar Panels on the radio but that company wanted 40%. Found Lincoln Green on Google and really glad I used them. Karolina was very helpful and kept me updated every step of the way. I could have claimed myself but if they said No I would have just accepted it. Cannot recommend Lincoln Green highly enough, definitely a genuine professional company.

   After potentially being in a position of losing a fair amount of money that I had invested in a SIPP which went wrong, I turned to Lincoln Green (more specifically Martin Church) who very professionally gathered together all the relevant information from me to fight my case for me. I was very pleased to receive notice from the FSCS that my case had been successful and that I would receive a favourable settlement figure, which I now have received. I know that Lincoln Green quite rightly take their part of the settlement figure (which was known to me from the start that they would if the claim went in my favour), so there were no surprises. On that note, I would highly recommend Lincoln Green should anyone require their services.
