Beautiful nature. We parked n walked from Nettlebed. Autumn vibes with woodlands scenery. Walked to the visitor’s centre n back. Theres bird hide boxes but plenty of wildlife outside (pheasants, birds, squirrels) and mushrooms identifications (illegal to pick)

Very nice place well hidden between the hills. A short but nice and quiet walk route. Free car park with limited spaces. Possiblity to donate wirelessly. Very cool visitors centre with loads of information. Check out my pictures.

Nicely out of the way. Flora and fauna more diverse and healthier than many places. Tiny visitor centre - bring your own food & drink. The large map displayed next to car park isn't the easiest to interpret. Lovely walking available.

Lovely, well-maintained nature reserve. The paths and trails are well marked and it is a beautiful place for a serene and peaceful walk. Free parking (with a suggested donation payable by card) and a small visitors centre. There is also a picnic area by the car park which is lovely.

Quite pretty in Autumn, fair bit of it fenced off. Several circular routes.

We always look for nature hikes. Thus one was great although hard to get to without a car (hired a taxi, it was cheaper than renting a car). Beautiful area

Such a lovely place to walk. Beautiful countryside and who knew we had wild ponies in Oxfordshire. Great place to walk a dog on the lead. Highly recommended.

A fabulous place to lose yourself in the peace and quiet of the Oxfordshire countryside. Both hides are now open and someone has put a lot of work into tidying them up and adding white boards to record your sightings as well as a series of photos of birds at one of the ponds. The picnic area has also been tidied in preparation for the warmer weather. I would highly recommend a visit to this beautiful reserve! Below are a few photos from 01 April 2022.

Really lovely walk round. Beautiful woods, though a few paths locked with no explanation. Will look great over the next few weeks as leaves and flowers come out.
