   I want to extend my thanks to the Endoscopy Team. I had a procedure today that I was not looking forward to. From Vera at the beginning, the entire surgical team throughout and Brian at the end- their kindness, explanation, clinical knowledge and patient care was outstanding. Especially the young lady that held my hand during the procedure. Thank you so much, you are all wonderful xxxx

   Couldn’t be more greatful for Adel and Nakitia, along with the other nurse that was there during my surgery of two teeth removal. I was, what you would call a nervous patient and everyone did everything they could to help calm the nerves. I felt no pain, only pressure, and the whole experience was as nice as it could be, given that I needed two teeth removed. The after care was explained clearly and I was given information to take home. The whole procedure took a maximum of 30 minutes, which is so surprising. A special mention to the receptionist as they assisted with printing some documents off that I needed, which was above on beyond. I am 6 days post surgery, if you include Wednesday, and I’m in no pain, minimal uncomfortableness and having just had a routine check up the dentist confirmed all looks well and what an excellent job the surgeon did. Thanks again.

   Had a ganglion cycst on my foot since June/July last year. In a lot of pain as it's pressing on the nerve all the way up my foot. It hurts to walk, drive and go to the gym. I'm in agony. Had to wait an age for an ultrasound. Surgery has been cancelled twice in the space of 2 and a half weeks. Now I come home to receive a letter stating the NHS will not fund me. Told to contact my GP. Apparently this is due to budget cuts. I will now only be offered pain relief that I have to pay for. How disgusting is that. Couldn't even be bothered to ring me. Well this will cost the NHS a lot more money as I'm in a lot of pain so will be visiting them all the time.

   How lucky are we to have this fabulous facility in our area. From the initial consultation to surgery day for me it was a stress free experience. All the staff were very kind, put me a ease and they looked after me superbly. I can't speak highly enough of the service I received and I have no hesitation in recommending to anybody.

   I came to the RSH practice plus yesterday (Monday 14th) and I would honestly like to say a big thank you to every single member of staff. From start to finish you were all amazing. So kind and caring, considerate about it being my first time having surgery (wisdom teeth) and made me feel so at ease and comfortable. I would also like to say a special thank you to Maddie who looked after me in recovery I hope you get the recognition you deserve. You were so lovely and passionate about what you do. Which made my time in recovery easier. My little girl also wanted to say thank you.

   Excellent care from start to finish. Such kind and gentle staff. I had a hernia repair and I'm very pleased with every aspect from beginning to the end of my treatment. I'm also deaf and they dealt with that issue very well. The rooms were comfortable, the tea and toast after recovery was prompt. I recommend this hospital.

   Brilliant ! I had an appointment here on Friday the 9th December. All the staff were amazing friendly and helpful. They were understanding, reassuring and kind.
