Honestly the service and professionalism received by Claire was amazing. I was having some ectopic beats and feeling quite anxious. I was waiting to have a 24 hour ECG on the NHS but was waiting quite a while so I decided to pay and go to a private clinic. This was the best £400 I've spent. I was booked in the next day and had a thorough heart echo scan and also was fitted with a 24 hour ECG. Claire was so knowledgeable and answered any questions or worries I had about what I had been experiencing. She was so calming and friendly and went through the whole process. I would really recommend Claire and the service especially for anyone with health anxiety as the clinic is so relaxed and although you are receiving a really important and detailed test, Claire makes you feel so comfortable. The results were also sent back to me really quickly. While I love the NHS, it is clearly overstretched, so this type of service is invaluable especially when dealing with something as important as the heart.
