   We used Danelaw Real Estate to sell our property in South London after they had started working in the area and were recommended via GetAgent. After 2 initial viewings in the first week of listing we received zero correspondance from them despite several emails, phone calls, texts etc. There was no advice on how to get more viewings - e.g. lowering the asking price... and they didn't bother with the standard things other agents were offering such as a For Sale sign or virtual tours. I'm wondering if people had been trying to book viewings for our property only to get no response. Now it looks like our property has been on the market for weeks with no interest. They couldn't have given less of a toss when we cancelled our contract with them. Would not recommend them for London sales.

   Marcus was personable and approachable and saw us through a very tough 5 month period. He represented the seller but put in an equal 100% effort for us as buyers. He communicated constantly and stopped at nothing to keep the bottom of our chain together. Marcus would chase all estate agents involved and liaise with solicitors, even offering to drop round paperwork personally. Super persistent, he never gave up

   We had our house up for sale for nearly a year before we went to Danelaw and had very few viewings. With Danelaw you get professional photos that look amazing and make you wonder why you are selling such an amazing house. Viewings started and the effort put in was more than you could expect from any agent. The property was sold and we were delighted with the whole process. Even dragged David out for a breakfast at the super sausage for all the work he put in. If you want to move, do yourself a favour and engage Danelaw Real Estate who will work to present your home in the best way and will achieve a great result for you just like they did for us.
