   I’ve been having my laser therapy for tattoo removal at Firvale after being recommended by a friend to visit the clinic. I have seen excellent results and could not be happier with the service. Anna is fantastic. All the staff are so friendly and very professional. I Would not go anywhere else for my treatment now. Thank you Firvale

   If I could give this clinic zero stars, I really would! I had my first consultation last year for potential treatment on a scar, after some discussion with the lady she brought Dr Berry into the room to have a further look at the scar. Because of the raised pink appearance, Dr Berry advised that I would get a better result if she just cut it out and then put in a small stitch. Another consultation was booked, this time it was booked with Dr Berry. She reiterated what she was going to do and I was quoted a price, all of which I confirmed I was happy with. I informed the receptionist that I was keen to go ahead but had to save up the money first, so if they could keep my notes on file and I will book in nearer the time. She confirmed that this was all okay. Yesterday I turned up for my appointment which I had booked in and paid deposit well in advance, only to be told she couldn't do the treatment that she told me on two separate occasions she could do. Also, no notes had been taken like I was told it would, because I had to remind DR Berry of what she said in the initial consultation. This experience has been incredibly upsetting and stressful as I had been told on two separate occasions that she could do it, saved and paid my deposit well in advance, only to turn up for my appointment having just moved all plans around to be there, only to then be turned away without even a proper apology. Avoid.
