   Really good experience at Botley surgery today. Arrived at the surgery at 9.12 for a 9.15 blood test. I was greeted by Stacey at approximately 9.16 and had left by 9.25. Stacey was very welcoming and very chatty and whilst I’m not uncomfortable with blood tests, she put me at ease right away. The blood test was easy, pain free and very quick. Great experience and took very little time out of my day. Thank you.

   absolutely wonderful surgery very friendly staff efficient always very helpful especially Doctor Rodriguez who gives you the time to be listened to and gives excellent medical advice. Staff always available to offer their assistance when required wonderful nurses that can get blood from me. Not many people can I know we all have different experiences, but mine is always great at both Botley and at St Luke’s

   Only waited a short time after my appointment time and was seen by a lovely female doctor. She made feel valued and listened carefully to all my symptoms before suggesting remedies. She had time for me and I was not made to feel Iike my issue/appointment was a nuisance to her or anyone else at the surgery. Thank you.

   I recently visited this clinic for a test. The doctor I saw was excellent, and the receptionist was very kind and welcoming, which I really appreciated. However, during the test with the nurse (I believe her name was Stacy), I felt quite uncomfortable. Although she was polite, the procedure felt much more forceful and abrupt than what I’ve experienced before. I’ve had this test done previously somewhere else and I know it shouldn’t feel that sudden or pressured. Unfortunately, this made the experience quite unpleasant overall.

   Quick check in and was seen on time by the lovely HCSW Stacy. She expertly took my bloods making me feel comfortable and at ease. We discussed Covid and Flu vaccines and I mentioned that I hadn’t received my annual reminder via the surgery. She quickly messaged the necessary information to the vaccination team for them to investigate. I was very impressed by her professionalism and would be very happy to see her again.
