   I attended the surgery and was seen by Dr. Vivienne Ding, who was superb. She was patient, thorough, determined to find a solution to my issue, and above all, delightful. An excellent doctor, who clearly cares and does not rush you. I then had to go to the pharmacy who were also excellent. Helpful and friendly. An excellent service all-round.

   Really great service. I rang 45 minutes before the practice closed - the receptionist was lovely and very helpful and within a few minutes I had contact from the duty team. From when I rang to being seen and treatment started, it was 25 minutes, it doesn’t get much better than that! Everyone I dealt with was very helpful and friendly, thankyou!

   I was seen here as a temporary patient as an urgent appointment. I could not believe the level of care that I received. It was not rushed, very thorough with everyone i encountered, from the Receptionist, Practitioner, Nurse and Doctor, absolutely first class. I could not have wished for any better.    Best surgery I've ever been at. Very efficient service for emergencies. Routine appointments still hard to get, and they seem to not tell their receptionists when new appointments will be on - a bit frustrating for everyone.
