   I had lip filler with Charlotte two months ago and could not be happier with the results. I felt completely safe in Charlotte’s hands. From the moment I walked in to her immaculate and welcoming clinic, I immediately felt at ease. Charlotte’s nursing skills blended with her extensive knowledge of aesthetics really do make the perfect practitioner. Charlotte had a wonderful way of explaining and guiding me through the procedure ensuring that I understood and could make an informed decision. When I was ready and had decided to go ahead, there was no rush. Charlotte ensured that I was physically comfortable, still happy and suitably numbed ready for the filler! Charlotte was exceptionally professional with her hygiene and safety practices, which made me feel even more at ease. During the procedure, Charlotte kept me informed throughout which was very welcome as that meant that there were no surprises! Charlotte provided me with detailed information about aftercare and follow up and ensured I knew what to look out for in terms of healing and any potential complications (I healed beautifully with no complications). All in all, it was a first class experience. I am so impressed and delighted with not only the results, but with the care I received. I would highly recommend Charlotte to anyone considering treatment ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   I’ve recently had Botox treatment and lip fillers with Charlotte, Poor Charlotte had the challenge of fixing someone else's bad Botox. And wow she did it, Charlotte took the time to explain the best treatments for myself, made me feel so comfortable and calm. From my personal experience Charlotte truly is the best aesthetic nurse I’ve ever been to. Don’t waste your time or money looking for anyone else, as you will not find anyone better than Charlotte.
