   I would strongly suggest you make it your last resort going here. I went in for a skin issue, I was there no longer than 15 minutes and the doctor I saw told me there was nothing more he could do, that I was already doing to help it, fair enough I thought Thats not the issue here, its that I was charged £200 £200 seems incredibly steep you say! Yes, that's because it bloody is.

   I loved my appointment with Charlotte at Kaizen Medical. I really felt she took the time to listen to me and figure out what my main concerns were to make a plan moving forwards. She's so friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. A huge thank you to Danika as well who squeezed me into her diary for a treatment, and also gave me really valuable advice.

   I cannot recommend Lucy & Kaizen clinic highly enough! Lucy had so much empathy, understanding & knowledge regarding hair loss, I felt reassured for the first time in years. I have been following her recommendations for almost 2 months & have seen fantastic results. I will be returning for further treatment once I have weaned my son & am suitable for it.    Dr Ashton and team were fantastic. I went in for a mole removal, they did the consultation and procedure when I was there. Given how quick it was it didn't feel rushed, only efficient. Can't believe I waited so long to do it but so happy with the results!

   I booked an appointment with Dr Richard Ashton to discuss a skin issue which had been worrying me for a while. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, kind and reassuring. He diagnosed the issue and explained my options, taking time to patiently answer all my questions. I also met several of the clinic staff who were all very friendly and helpful. The clinic itself was spotless. I highly recommend both Dr Ashton and the clinic.

   Excellent clinic. Kind honest and professional staff. I have had Botox with Lucy who is a nurse prescriber which went really well lip filler and Botox with Emma who again is a nurse prescriber. Both are extremely professional and were straight talking regarding my treatments (I had extremely thin top lip). They gave me realistic expectations. They did not do any hard sell on me at any point regarding any treatment at all. In fact Lucy explained a treatment I wanted would probably not give me the results I needed. I now have a beautiful lips and pretty much no wrinkles. I am currently having a course of morphius8 with Charlotte who was extremely professional and put me instantly at ease as did all the staff. And the first treatment went really well can’t wait to see the final results after my 3 sessions the clinic itself is extremely clean and you really feel like you are attending a professional clinic. I give kaizen 5 plus stars for excellent treatments. Professional manner of staff, friendliness and placing you at ease. Prior to what can be uncomfortable treatments and overall cleanliness of their clinic Would highly recommend

   I had my first consultation appointment today with Lucy. I booked an appointment after following their social media and seeing how knowledgeable on all treatments they are. She made me feel so at ease and explained things in a clear way for me to understand. Unlike other clinics I have visited I did not feel like they were after my money but instead the best treatment plan for me. I’ve now started a 16 week treatment and can’t wait to see the results.
