Just fabulous. Thank you to the delightful optician who carried out a very thorough examination and was also able to diagnose severe dry eyes and blocked tear ducts. Thank you also to the manager who dispensed my new glasses and took me through my eye treatment plan. I will be booking there in future
I have had my eyes tested and purchased glasses from Vision Express at Tesco's Hanley for several years and will not go anywhere else as the service has been second to none. The staff are professional, showing warmth and compassion and always make you feel at ease.
Cath today was amazing! Computers did not want to work and she advised on the plan which I signed up for. Please up date your it infustructure and the icon was freezing but the staff were great!
The team at Clough Street Hanley are so attentive. Nothing is too much trouble. The optician explains everything so well then you understand what is going on with your eyes. In my case moving into critical territory. The dispensing team are always really patient and caring and help you find the best options for you. I always enjoy my trip to the opticians and it is because of them! I cannot wait for my new glasses to arrive.

Wonderful service by all the staff. My daughter felt more at ease as the staff talked to my daughter about what they were going to do and what to expect. Also having an optician that can check children's eyes over the weekend was essential. Keep up the good service.
