It was an absolute pleasure to have Eddy walk us through our holiday booking. He was polite, knowledgeable and nothing was too much. We left knowing that all of our needs had been taken care of. I hadn't used a travel agent for a long time ( probably over a decade) but Eddy will be seeing us again. He took all the stress out of the booking and was humorous and charming throughout.
Today I had to visit the Tui store to amend a holiday I booked online. I was helped by Eddy, who is probably one of the nicest and most helpful people I have had the pleasure to meet. The process itself was quite drawn out as he had to call the web team, who seemed to be having issues. But Eddy, got us through, he really knows how stuff, so was able to advise on locations, and help us get the best out of our holiday. Whilst waiting, he also opened our mind to the world of merrella cruises, which we have decided to book for 2027. I can honestly say, in a world where we are forced into websites, I will now only book with Eddy and the team at the shop. You are so wonderful. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Xxx
Just back from Cape Verde , had an amazing holiday , Eddie was very helpful and knowledgeable helping with our visa’s and luckily passports, only back two days ago and been in to see Eddie and have rebooked for next year . Eddie was very friendly & bubbly & made us feel like valued customers .
Popped into store recently & from the first moment we were met with complete warmth and patience by Charlotte, her knowledge and passion for her job made it a really exciting booking experience. I want to say a massive thank you to Eddy from the Tui branch in Lower Earley. My boyfriend and I visited your store today feeling very nervous as this would be our first holiday together as a couple. I am so happy to say we now have an amazing holiday booked that we are so excited for. Eddy really calmed our nerves and has given us great confidence for my holiday. He really listened to what we wanted for our holiday and found us both a place that is really suited to what we wanted. Have only ever and would only ever book through Katie at Tui in Lower Earley Always a positive, easy experience and she is so knowledgeable about every country we have travelled to, for example can recommend hotels/complexes orvillas suitable for our children through the years and distance to the beach, evening entertainment and excursions. A***** looking forward to shortly booking the next!!
