   Dear TUI Customer Service Team, I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received today at your Bracknell branch. My intention was to book a 14‑day holiday, and I arrived fully prepared: I had already researched the destination, selected the hotel, and used the TUI app several times without any issues. I expected that booking in person would offer additional support and expertise. Unfortunately, the experience was the complete opposite. I spent around 40 minutes in the branch, during which the staff member who attempted to assist us provided no meaningful help. Despite clearly stating the name of the hotel we wanted, that we required all‑inclusive, wished to pay for our seats on the plane, and wanted to add insurance, he seemed unable to complete even the basic steps of the booking. He repeatedly exited the website, restarted the process multiple times, and appeared unsure of what he was doing. As a result of these repeated errors, the holiday price increased by £500 while we were sitting there. This was extremely frustrating and completely unacceptable. After nearly an hour of wasted time and no progress, we left without booking the holiday—something we had fully intended to purchase when we walked in. I am very disappointed by this experience, especially as I chose to visit the branch expecting better guidance and professionalism than booking online. Instead, the service was inefficient, unhelpful, and ultimately cost us the opportunity to secure the holiday at the original price.

   This is our 3rd cruise on Princess Cruises booked with Tui Bracknell and they have all gone as planned. All dealt with by Charlotte Rea. she is brilliant, very professional, very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. We would definitely recommend them for holiday bookings in the future.
