Had a p/c with a very rude mental health nurse; I have never experienced anything similar in my life. First, she asked me three times what I was hoping to get from this phone call. I said I was hoping for a different PRN medication to propranolol, as propranolol gave me bad side effects last time. She said they “don’t prescribe anything else as PRN.” She kept saying that propranolol is what they “normally” prescribe for anxiety as PRN, which made me feel like unless I take what they want to give me, they can’t help me. She was also very clear in her opinion that because I know coping mechanisms to soothe myself and have had therapy before, I should be able to get through this without needing further help. This was not helpful at all and could be classed as shaming. She continued using a rude tone and became frustrated about the line cutting off, despite admitting herself that they do experience issues with the line. I remained polite, and my tone was kind throughout the call. When she called back, I explained that I did not wish to speak to her anymore, as the way she was communicating was not helpful at all, and I pointed out that it was in fact making me feel much worse. I can’t even imagine if this were someone’s first time reaching out for help with their mental health and this was their experience. Nothing about her approach was therapeutic or suitable for a mental health–related discussion that was allegedly conducted by a mental health nurse. I read the negative reviews before joining this practice and should have taken them more seriously. Changed to a different GP asap after.

Today was not a good day with this practice. Due to mobility problems, do not have blue badge, had to wait over 30min to get a parking space. Barely sat down, looked at phone to see the surgery had phoned, then was called in by the nurse. Nurse was cordial when explaining I was not able to get treatment that day to an oversight by admin who booked it. Do not believe reason why I needed to wait another 8 days for treatment to fit in with their policy was a valid reason. Appointment rebooked for another practice where parking is easier. On leaving surgery found myself blocked in by another vehicle and had to wait 30min for driver to appear. Self employed so lost wages for 3 hours today, which will be repeated again next week.

Zoe at Weston lane was so kind and helpful today when I had my blood test, she really went out of her way to help me by offering to text over my previous test results which I had been unable to access through the nhs app. She also offered to keep an eye out for my results next week. I am most grateful for her help.

Zoe is always kind, professional and reassuring. She takes blood with great care and skill, and her friendly approach makes the experience comfortable and stress-free. I really appreciate her warm attitude and the way she looks after her patients. She is a credit to the team.

I would give 0 if i could. To hard to see a doctor with this service, doctors subscribing wrong medication to a baby leaving them burnt. I'm disabled and find it hard to do online questions, receptionist sit chatting wile the service crumbles

Would give 0 stars if it allowed. It's an absolute ordeal to get even a phonecall with a Doctor and more chance of winning the lottery than seeing one face to face. If by some miracle you get to see a Dr or nurse you should be prepared to wait around an hour to be seen. The place is an absolute shambles.

Would give less if allowed. Called to book an appointment for my son with a swollen testicle. Told no appointments call 111 after 6:30 pm this was at 4pm. Called 111 straight after and was put on the emergency list ... this doctors is shocking and has gone down hill ever since the living well partnership agreement.
