Unfortunately I was at the Emergency twice in one day.Staff not even look into your eyes. They were absolutely ignored me and when I told my symptoms they were almost laughing.I was working for NHS but I put all my effort to help people.Doctor said he cannot do nothing else just gave me painkillers so I have to go now he said and just walked out.I was in shock.Another countries doing much better. What is happening here is the worst what people can experience.

Very busy with triage in A&E and staff are obviously amazing. Toilets were real clean with hand sanitizers on every corner. On site shop with also drinks/snack machines.

I had the worst experience with the receptionist Dawn, she is so rude and inconsiderate to be working in a place like that. She should be fired as she lacks the basic skills in working with people in distress. Scoffing, rolling eyes for not being able to recite a phone number by heart, "are you listening to me" or berating Nino tax payers should not be part of their repertoire.

Waiting time with 8 month old baby was over 4 and half hours and have not seen by doctor. Very long waiting time and babies are not priority taken. After the time we could not wait long as baby was exhausted and we decided it will be better to call 999 if the symptoms get worse. Some of the patient who came before of us were waiting there 6-7 hours and also not been served. The time in the screen is just increasing. When I asked on reception I was told about 4 hours but in the 4 hours I'll be completely served with nurse pre-check and doctor too. But this is not true and nobody will tell you how long you need to wait. Maximum they will say that there are still a few people in front of us. Firstly when I asked them how long they said a few people we were waiting there 2 hours and 10 minutes. When asked secondly and get the same answer after 4,5 hours we just walked out as the service was incredibly slow. But I believe it is not fault of the doctors but NHS that are over funded but can't provide equal quality of service for the money. This practice is disaster and not surprised people don't trust NHS.

My partner had an accident, he has a deep cut in his hand, blooding during 3 hours in reception, not even see for a nurse yet. I do not think the receptionist realice the gravity of the situation. I can understand many people is waiting, but they are occasions which should have priority. Hopefully, they can resolve this and nobody suffer longer in the reception. Through hours I just have the same answer “Take a sit and wait”

Biggest joke show going! Wait time is horrendous and the staff don't care about the patients. One guy even fell over and the staff just told him to sit and wait.

I had to write this bad review because of the car park is full very hard to find one. But apart from that the hospital is very nice place to go and very nice NHS staff.

The Nurses on the night shift are simply fantastic and go above and beyond (special reference to David, Ali and Beth). If you find yourself here you're in very safe hands.
