On my first visit to the lymphoma clinic I was made to feel relaxed from the moment I walked in. The receptionist was polite and informative. The lady who took my measurements was proffesional friendly and explained what was going to happen. Then I saw the nurse who was also friendly and very informative The doctor was just as brilliant as the rest of the team. This made me feel relaxed and not worried about the prognosis. I could not have had a better experience
