   Liz was very professional, kind and patient with my Mum who suffers a lot from anxiety. Because of this she had avoided addressing her very blocked ears for some time. My Mum now has clear ears and much better hearing after being really deaf for a long time due to the wax becoming so compacted. Thank you Liz for giving my Mum the reassurance she needed.
