    Building has noticable damp spot and leaks. Only 3 out of the 5 classes we were scheduled for actually happened and at 1 of those it was a substitute staff member running. Staff are uncaring if someone is in distress, as if they're more concerned with being professional than showing empathy. Additionally, although this is possibly just me, the building feels very unsafe and austere, as if you are under scrutiny. My child never once relaxed over the course of our visits.

    Took my baby here to check for jaundice. My little one had it quite badly and the Health visitors worked in a quick and orderly fashion to admit us to hospital. Absolutely brilliant
